To be able to submit a report, please click on the SUBMIT A REPORT button on the top of the page. Fill in the required spaces and click submit.

In the form, the REPORT TITLE should say where the electricity cut happened. 

(example: Mafi Kahraba on Hamra Street)

The DESCRIPTION should include as much information as possible to validate the report. For example, include how long the electricity goes off, when does it go off usually and if you have a generator or not.

(example: Electricity went off at 3:00pm today for three hours. It goes off between 9am and 12pm on monday, tuesday and friday while it goes offat 3pm on any other day. We do have a generator but it doesn't always come on)

On the MAP zoom into your location using the buttons on the left upper corner and click on the map so that the red marker indicates your chosen position.

The REFINE LOCATION NAME must include very detailed location name.

(example: Beirut, Hamra street, in front of Crown Plaza Hotel)
